- Temporary Channel Issues: Occasional freezing, buffering, or unavailability of channels may occur due to:
- Fluctuations in your internet connection.
- Configuration issues on your device or app.
- Server updates or maintenance, which are necessary to improve performance.
Service Downtime
If you experience more than 48 hours of continuous downtime caused by a server issue on our end, we will:
- Provide a full refund for the affected subscription period, or
- Extend your subscription for the lost time and offer additional compensation, which can be negotiated.
